The SmartCircle Manager app requires a Manager Key for activation purposes. The Manager Key is required for security and tracking purposes and provides information about the person that has registered to use a Manager device.
The Manager Key is also used to request access to a location and in turn, the account owner can review who is requesting the access and grant or reject the access when necessary.
The Manager Key can be used only 3 times for security purposes.
On the 4th time of entering the Manager Key into the SmartCircle Manager app, the user will receive the following error message:
The above error indicates that the Manager key has expired. You must acquire a new Manager key.
- To acquire a new Manager Key fill in and submit this form: Request Manager key
- To Request location access fill out this form: Request Access to a location.
Please make sure that you use your new Manager Key that would have been received via email
