Here you will find instructions on how to deactivate Alcatel Retail Mode using a Windows computer.
First Steps.
1. Go to https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform. -> tools -> latest -> windows.zip and Download SDK Platform -> Tools for Windows
2. Extract the folder “ platform-tools ” to your “Desktop”
3. On your computer press Windows Button + R > Type cmd > Ok
4. Type “cd Desktop/ platform-tools”
5. Proceed with the steps below according to the device’s brand
Second Steps.
1. Sеttings > System > About phone > Build number (Tap 5 times on it)
2. Settings > System >Developer options > USB debugging: On
3. Press Allow and ok in the pop-up windows on the device
4. On your computer press + R > Type cmd > Ok
5. Copy and paste this:
adb shell am start-S "com.android.settings/.Settings\$DeviceAdminSettingsActivity"
6. Hit Enter
7. On the device: Deactivate the Demo/Retail/Play app in the launched window if it exists
8. On the computer (cmd) copy and paste this:
adb uninstall--user 0 com.tct.playvideo OR adb uninstall--user 0 com.tct.retaildemo
9. Hit Enter
NOTE: ALCATEL 1X 2019 > touch & Hold “ Play Video ” app > App Info > Force Stop and Disable (That’s all)
