Features - Play store is not accessible when there is no account setup (QR/NFC)

The Play Store is not accessible on devices that do not have an account setup.

The account must be set up by a store representative by disarming the SmartCircle Display app, entering the security PIN, and then entering a Play Store account. Customer will not have access and cannot enter an account themselves
