Features - Setting up Tethering & portable hotspot is not allowed (QR/NFC)

The tethering & portable hotspot setting is grayed out and cannot be setup when the device is armed and has been provisioned using a QR code. This setting is accessible only when the device is disarmed.

To disarm the device, tap 5 times in the bottom right corner of the screen, while a campaign is playing, and enter the security PIN.
