The following steps will guide you to deactivate the alarm directly on the device.
When an alarm is triggered, the screen changes to the default alarm screen, and it locks the device to prevent further usage.
The only way to return the device to its normal functioning is by deactivating the alarm and arming SmartCircle again.
Steps:
- Physically locate the display that is in alarm and ensure that it has not been tampered with or stolen.
- Deactivate the alarm.
- Tap 5 times on the right-bottom corner of the screen.
- Enter the PIN code
- Once the alarm has stopped, arm the device again. To do so, open SmartCircle Display.
- Tap the Play button (located at the right-top corner of the app).
After this, the campaign will start running shortly.
The time that it takes to download the campaign depends on your internet connection.
