If any of the SmartCircle applications crash then follow these steps:
- Go to the settings of the device and check the current date, time and year. Make sure that it is correct. If it is not set it to the correct date.
- Make sure that the application is updated to the latest version. If not, update the app.
- Apply all available system updates
- Try restarting the device and giving it some time to start the campaign.
- Factory reset the device and re-install the SmartCircle app
- If the device is playing the campaign with a URL or website, change the campaign to a picture or a different URL to see if the website is causing the issue
- Contact Support if the above steps do not help.
