In-store: App crashes (valid for all apps)

If any of the SmartCircle applications crash then follow these steps:

  1. Go to the settings of the device and check the current date, time and year. Make sure that it is correct. If it is not set it to the correct date.
  2. Make sure that the application is updated to the latest version. If not, update the app.
  3. Apply all available system updates
  4. Try restarting the device and giving it some time to start the campaign.
  5. Factory reset the device and re-install the SmartCircle app
  6. If the device is playing the campaign with a URL or website, change the campaign to a picture or a different URL to see if the website is causing the issue
  7. Contact Support if the above steps do not help.
