In-store: The device displays the wrong price

If the device is displaying the wrong price through your campaign and price tags, try each of the following. If the previous step does not work, try the following. After trying each step, wait to see if the price updates before trying the next.

  1. Restart the device
  2. Make sure that the device has an internet connection by opening a browser and typing https://www.smartcircle.net/
  3. Check the timezone and date and time in the device Settings and correct if necessary
  4. Open the Display app, touch the menu button in the top right corner and select Set debug to ON
