Problem:
You cannot scan a QR tag or a QR code using the Display 4 app because you see a black screen instead of a camera and you receive the error message:
"Unable to initialize the camera. Please wait for 30 seconds and try again."
Solution:
- Check if all app updates are applied on the device and try again
- Restart the device and try again
- Factory reset the device and try again
- If all of the above fails, your device most likely does not support this functionality;
- Contact support@smartcircle.net to check if there are any other workarounds for the specific model
