Manager: Display device is not visible
If a device is not visible to your manager make sure of the following.
- The SmartCircle Display Device and SmartCircle Manager need to be on the same WiFi network in order to communicate.
- Disconnect and then re-connect the Display Device to the same WiFi.
- Make sure that the Device picks up an IP address (check the Welcome Screen of the SmartCircle application) or you can test by browsing the internet.
- Restart the Device.
