If you try to Synchronize with the server and receive the following message “Congratulations! Your device was successfully synchronized. Status: key not found.” then most likely your key is used on another device.
Follow the steps below to resolve it:
- Exit the SmartCircle Manager application on your Android Device.
- Go to your Device’s System Settings > Applications > Manage Applications.
- Locate and select the SmartCircle Manager.
- Select Clear Data. Confirm the deletion of app data when prompted.
- Open the SmartCircle Manager application on your Android Device.
- You will be prompted to enter your Manager Key once more.
- This was provided in an email to you when originally setting up the SmartCircle Manager on your device.
- Click Validate and confirm Activation when prompted.
