Manager: Key not found

If you try to Synchronize with the server and receive the following message “Congratulations! Your device was successfully synchronized. Status: key not found.” then most likely your key is used on another device.

Follow the steps below to resolve it:

  1. Exit the SmartCircle Manager application on your Android Device.
  2. Go to your Device’s System Settings > Applications > Manage Applications.
  3. Locate and select the SmartCircle Manager.
  4. Select Clear Data. Confirm the deletion of app data when prompted.
  5. Open the SmartCircle Manager application on your Android Device.
  6. You will be prompted to enter your Manager Key once more.
    • This was provided in an email to you when originally setting up the SmartCircle Manager on your device.
  7. Click Validate and confirm Activation when prompted.
