      Motorola workaround - Display app gets killed out of working hours

      Problem:

      The Display app gets killed during the store's non-working hours. Display app cannot automatically start and the campaign does not resume playing during working hours.

      Solution:

      Enable the below settings on the device to achieve optimal operation of the SmartCircle Display app. 

       

       

      Turn off adaptive battery and battery optimization

      To ensure that apps use your battery only when they need to, keep adaptive battery and battery optimization on.

      1. Go to Settings > Battery > Adaptive Battery

      2. Turn OFF   Use Adaptive Battery 

      Do not allow SmartCircle apps to close if screen locks

      1. Go to Settings > Battery > Close app after screen locks.
      2. Turn the slider OFF  next to the SmartCircle apps
       
      Auto-launch SmartCircle apps
      1. Go to Settings > Battery > Auto-launch management.
      2. Touch App auto launch or App secondary launch.
      3. Turn the slider on next to the SmartCircle apps
