Presenter screens - managed mode

- Location key to where the device is connected and the version of the Presenter app installed on the device.
- The SCID and the model of the device.

- Menu button to be clicked so it would open for more options.
- Goes back to the home screen which only displays basic information. See section 6.1 Home for more information.
- Goes to the details screen where more information for the app and device can be seen. See section 6.3 Details for more information.
- Activate debug mode so the device will sync with the server every 5 minutes, which will speed up the download of campaigns and sends information and logs to server.

- The SSID and IP of the network where the device is connected.
- The fixture and display position of the device.
- The configuration number for the display device in both Manager Around and No Manager Around modes.
- The number of other devices in the location that are connected to the same network both as other displays and manager devices.
- The campaign IDs for both the current campaign active on the device and the default campaign for that device in the location.
- The mode of the device, where in managed or no manager around mode, as well as if the device is in debug mode or not.
