Reports

Reports are accessible through the enterprise level on the metrics website. There is two types of reports that include all locations and devices within the account. The reports are also sent daily over email to the account owner.

  • The good standing report specifically targeted to Offline devices and Devices with outdated campaigns. Includes information about the devices within the locations such as brand, model, OS. The location name and code and the fixture/position of each device it is assigned, The uptime and last time the devices have been seen are also available in the report.
  • The general operations report it includes information about all devices the locations like the number of fixtures, positions, displays, players, and how many of the positions are used. It also includes information about the brand, model, serial number and IMEI number of the device. The type of SmartCircle app that is installed and its build number can also be found there.
  • The device status report includes information about the status of all devices within all locations. This information includes a breakdown per location of total displays and issues. Colour codes indicate a quick view of issues within the locations. Individual location planograms can be accessed from this screen. Reports are visible as well when clicking on the preview button of that screen and it changes the heartbeat status in the table above. All data for the selected period can also be displayed in graph format.
  • The Head Office report provides a monthly compendium of all devices connected to the network throughout the month. It provides Accumulated Sessions by:

    • Brand
    • Categories
    • Trends
