Request general support

  1. Go to the SmartCircle configuration site at
  2. Select Report a Problem from the homepage then select Request general support. (Scr. 0008-25)
  3. Choose the component, then set the priority, and provide a description and attachment if possible. (Scr. 0008-26)
  4. Once the entire form is filled click Submit.
