- Go to the SmartCircle configuration site at https://accounts.smartcircle.net/
- Select Report a Problem from the homepage then select Request general support. (Scr. 0008-25)
- Choose the component, then set the priority, and provide a description and attachment if possible. (Scr. 0008-26)
- Once the entire form is filled click Submit.
