      Screen brightness on phone is very low

      The screen brightness on the device is very low on home screen but high when campaign is playing

      The screen brightness on the devices can only be controlled remotely when a campaign is playing on the screen. The brightness of the device itself when showing home screen or other apps cannot be controlled remotely.  The Display app only protects the setting from being changed. 

       

      Solution: 

      1. Disarm the Display app by tapping 5 times in the bottom right corner and entering the security PIN
      2. Adjust the brightness on the phone to the desired level
      3. Either wait for the Display app start playing campaign or use the play button on the info screen to immediately protect the settings from being changed
