Using these steps you will be able to unasign a device remotely.
Please note that this procedure will not factory reset the devices that are unassigned. If you wish to unassign devices and factory reset them you can follow these instructions.
- Go to: https://metrics.smartcircle.net/enrollment
- Enter the enrollment code for the location you wish to unassign
- Look for the device you wish to unassign and click on the "x" to the left of the position
- When the warning comes up click on accept
Your device is now unassigned.
