Based on our research, this issue is attributed to a software glitch, which requires resolution through an upcoming Software Update provided by Apple. Until then, you can use the following workaround:
1. Open Settings and scroll for Privacy & Security.
2. Tap on Location Services (they should be turned ON).
3. Scroll all the way down to System Services.
4. Turn OFF Networking & Wireless.
