Troubleshooting - Video Price-tag screen goes either white or black or responds slowly

Some android devices are displaying either white or black screens when their price-tag video should be displayed

Solution:

To display the price tags on smartphones, Android devices use a native App called Android System WebView. Sometimes if they don't have all the updates, the app would not work as expected.

Steps:

1. Open Google Play and search for "Android WebView".
2. Uninstall the updates by tapping the uninstall button.
   
3. This action will open a popup to confirm. Tap Uninstall again.
   
4. Now search for "Android WebView" again and install the updates by clicking the update button.
