Some devices from the brand TECNO show dimmed screens when SmartCircle Display is not in the foreground
Based on our testing, we've discovered that some devices from this brand may experience issues with the communication between the Display and RDM. If you can't find both, the Display App icon and the RDM icon in your notification bar, please follow these simple instructions:
Workaround that helped:

Open RDM

Go to Display 4 and disarm

Change the brightness of the screen

Arm Display 4 app
STEPS:
- Open the RDM app ( or install it in case it's missing)
- Open the Display app and disarm it
- Then access settings and try to change the brightness or factory reset the device
OBSERVED RESULTS
The above steps resolved the problem on the Tecno devices in the store.
