Enabling Blocked Permissions on Android 14 and Higher

Issue:

On Android 14 and higher, when attempting to enable certain permissions for a SmartCircle app, you may encounter a popup message that says "Restricted setting."  

Solution:

To enable the blocked permission and resolve the "Restricted setting" issue, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings: Open your device's Settings app.
2. Navigate to Apps: Scroll down and select Apps.
3. Select the App: Find and tap the app for which you need to enable the permission.
4. Tap the Overflow Menu: In the top-right corner of the app details screen, tap the three-dot (overflow) menu.
5. Choose "Allow restricted settings": From the dropdown menu, select the option Allow restricted settings to enable the blocked permission.
