      How to manually install the Samsung DS Remote app on a Samsung TV from a USB

      1. Download the following zip https://client.smartcircle.net/apps/samsung/userwidget.zip

      2. Extract the folder

      3. Move the extracted folder called userwidget to a USB flash drive. Make sure that there are 2 files inside the folder. 

      4. Connect the USB flash drive to your Samsung TV.

      5. The app should install automatically once the TV recognizes the USB flash drive.

      6. Open the installed Remote DS app and proceed with Enrollment.

      Do not use the zip, but the extracted version of the folder
      Copy the userwidget folder to a USB flash drive (place it in the root of the flash drive, not inside another folder).
