Problem:
You are provisioning a device with a QR code and you see the following error:

 “Oops! This device is locked by factory reset protection. Contact your IT department”  |

Reason:
Device protection is automatically enabled on devices when you add a Google account.
Solution:
Removing your Google account will disable Device Protection.
To remove a Google account when a device is factory reset:
- Follow the steps from the initial screen to setup the device (Do not provision it with QR code)
 - When you are at the Android home screen go to Settings
 - Go to Accounts
 - Remove the google accounts present on the device
 - You can now factory reset the device and continue with QR code enrollment
