      Workaround - iOS retail mode

      Here you will find step by step instructions on how to install SmartCircle Presenter on iOS devices running a Retail Mode

      1. Make sure the device is connected to a power source and with more than 70% battery 

      2. Make sure you are seeing the screensaver

      3. While the video is reproducing, long-press the top right corner of the iOS device with 3 fingers close to each other without touching the notch

      4. When you see the Status screen choose Reset

      5. Select  Erase all Content and Settings

         

      For some geographical regions you will find 2 options: 

      1. Erasing all the apps - The device resets as a brand new device. Select this option.
      2. Not erasing all the apps - That way is like a retail mode restart the device will download all the apps for the region.
