How to filter data based on specific requirements

  1. Go to data.smartcircle.net and login
  2. Select Sessions tab  (also available on Uptime, Alarms, Compliance pages)
  3. At the top, there is a menu that allows you to filter data in different categories

Device tab - use it to choose all models, specific brands or models from the account for which you want the data to be displayed. If you enter a brandit will auto populate the respective models available within the account. The data that is going to get displayed will be only about the selected devices.


What tab - use it to select  Sessions, Uptime, Alarms, Compliance for locations or devices within the account.


Where tab - use it to choose All locations or select a specific Region, Category or Locations.


When tab - use it to choose specific time for which the data will be filtered. Click on the calendar and choose the desired months, days and hours.
