Create a campaign that opens an APP on interaction

Download the app on a device that has Display app and sync the app from the home screen by tapping on the Next sync section or place the device in debug.

Solution 1:

Go to https://data.smartcircle.net
Login and choose the locaiton in which the device is enrolled
Click on Device Management page
Locate the device in the Display table and click on the SSID link to open a debug toolkit.
Search for the application that will be included in your campaign. We will use gmail as an example
Copy down the package name and activity name. You will need : com.google.android.gm and com.google.android.gm.ConversationListActivityGmail

Create the campaign:

Go to data.smartcircle.net and login
Go to campaigns
Select Add campaign button
Select the desired devices under Device tab - they must be Android devices only for compatibility reasons.
Select the desired actions under What tab
If you want to play a specific app on touch and lift

Set Touch same as lifted to Yes
Type the package name and activity name that you have copied from the above steps in the text boxes

Complete the creation of the campaign
