Sidebar appears during campaigns

As part of the options for some Samsung devices, a sidebar may appear on top of the marketing campaigns. This is most likely the multi-window option from Samsung and has to be disabled.

1. From the home screen tap the apps button on the device (usually located in the lower right).
2. Select Settings then select the Multi window.
3. Click the Multi window switch (located in the upper right) to enable or disable it.
