Install Display app on Chromebooks
Option 1: Installing from the Google Play Store

Check for Play Store Support
Ensure your Chromebook supports the Google Play Store- Open Settings.
- Scroll down to Google Play Store and ensure it’s enabled.

Open the Play Store (if you do not see it, move to Option 2)

Search for the SmartCircle Display app

Install the App

Open and enroll it into a locaiton
Option 2: Sideloading an APK from a Website

Enable Developer Mode (if required)
Sideloading apps may require enabling Developer Mode:- Turn off your Chromebook.
- Hold Esc + Refresh, then press the Power button.
- When the recovery screen appears, press Ctrl + D, then hit Enter to enable Developer Mode.
(This will wipe your data, so back up important files first.)

Enable APK Installation
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Manage Android Preferences.
- Navigate to Security and enable Unknown Sources.

Download the APK File
- Visit the website sensormedia.com/apps in the Chrome browser.
- Find the SmartCircle Display app and download the APK file.

Install a File Manager (if needed)
- If you don’t already have one, install a file manager from the Play Store (e.g., Files by Google).

Install the APK
- Open the file manager and locate the downloaded APK file in the Downloads folder.
- Tap on the file to start the installation process.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Launch the App
- Once installed, the app will appear in your launcher. Click to open and use.
