How to install SmartCircle Remote DS via sideloading or Google Play store

When interaction between smartphones and screens is needed, the SmartCircle Display app is required to access the full functionality of the RemoteDS device. The additional displays will allow multiple media to play and change based on screen interactions.

Installation Steps:

  1. Go to https://www.sensormedia.com/apps, locate the Remote DS app, and click the Download APK button underneath it.
  2. Once the download is complete, click on the APK file to install the app.
  3. Alternatively, you can go to the Play Store on your Android TV or Android Mini PC (see image Scr. 0006-1), search for "SmartCircle Remote DS", and install the app.
  4. Open the SmartCircle Remote DS app once it’s installed.
  5. When a popup appears, select Remote DS as the launcher and choose Always (see image Scr. 0006-2).
  6. Connect your Remote DS device to the same WiFi network as the rest of your devices.
  7. On your Android device, press the Recent Apps button and remove all apps from the list (see image Scr. 0006-3).
  8. Enroll the device in the desired position.
