User Guide - How to change prices in your Price Tag Manager

These are instructions based on a test environment. Some pricing portals may differ in looks and functionality.

Login

  • Use your provided URL to log in to your price tag manager (for example https://spt2-test.smartcircle.net/trial/admin/)
  • Use your provided user and password

Modifying prices using an Excel file

Conditions:

  • SmartCircle Display (Android) or SmartCircle Presenter (iOS) must be installed on the devices
  • A campaign with a properly formatted Price tag must be active on the account and devices
  • Any new device added to the SmartCircle app with an active price tag campaign will report its model ID to the Price Tag Manager
  • Press on the button Export 
    • A spreadsheet will download to your PC
  • Once you open the file modify fields according to your Storyboard or field mapping (specific for every account)
  • Once you have a fully completed file, close the excel file and then proceed the Import process, 
  1. Enter your Name
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Select the release date of the prices. (They can be set to take place immediately or sometime in the future)
  4. Description: Enter a description that will help you identify the reason for this update. (Example: Mother's day price update)
  5. Choose the spreadsheet file you previously modified

 
  • If the Price Tag Manager has a security check activated, an email will be sent to the price approver to confirm that these price/specs changes can be activated.
